Toutes les compétences théoriques acquises sur les bancs d’écoles ou d’institutions formatrices respectables ne valent qu’en les confrontant au réel dont la pédagogie demeure la plus concrète et la plus édifiante.
Ainsi la Miolane ! Après la visite du chantier il y a 4 ans le Club de la Maîtrise d’ouvrage fondé par l’ARHLM et la Villa Romée a organisé une journée de rencontres avec les usagers de cet ensemble de 5 Bâtiments de logements sociaux permettant ainsi une pédagogie par l’écoute et les recoupements entre les intentions originelles et leurs concrétisations vécues sur le terrain.
Tout y est passé : bilans technique, sociologique, fonctionnel, de maintenance, d’usage…
Tout a été ressenti : les joies, les failles, les satisfactions, les améliorations possibles…
Tout a été dialogues formateurs, échanges, partages, compréhensions mutuelles…
D’aucuns ont évoqué ici l’école de la vie. Ils ont bien dit !
Une observation parmi tant d’autres : un gardien sur place (merci Noël) change tout en jouant un rôle prépondérant dans le bien-vivre quotidien des usagers, comme médiateur, correcteur et informateur le plus averti aux qualités comme aux défauts du Bâti et de tout ce qui s’y rattache.
Des constatations importantes ont émergé comme l’évolution indispensable des Cahiers des Charges, la conception d’un Guide des bonnes pratiques, la nature des relations entre la Maîtrise d’ouvrage et tous les Partenaires de la Construction, l’opportunité des processus de l’habitat participatif, la pertinence des Ateliers d’Intelligence Collective en amont des projets….
Une Première très instructive pour tous et dont les intentions seront traitées par la Villa Romée.
